FABRIQ architecture is a Montreal firm founded by three architects, each with 26 years of experience, with the support of experienced technical and creative personnel. For 16 years, FABRIQ has continuously asserted its ability to develop effective solutions to complex problems through the successful delivery of a variety of diverse projects. For each project, the team is committed to understanding and meeting the Client’s needs and goals – resulting in the construction of buildings and spaces that are well adapted to their function and to their particular environment. Characteristically, the context of each project drives the team to discover innovative solutions so as to harmonize the specific requirements of budget, schedule, functional program and aesthetic delight. FABRIQ has delivered a wide range of projects, including new construction, renovations, technical expertise and interior fit-ups across multiple sectors – industrial, commercial, hospitality, residential, sports, administrative and restoration. FABRIQ has designed six major projects to the certification requirements of LEED™ Silver, and has achieved one LEED™ Gold certification. With its proven experience in the design and project management, FABRIQ is proud to offer the expertise, talent and rigour necessary to meet the requirements of all project types.
Environmental mission and strategy (ESG)
The firm currently has one LEED Gold certified project, 6 others targeting LEED Silver and 2 aiming for Green Globes certification. The quality of his rigorous work has been recognized in numerous publications and has been recognized in several renowned competitions such as the Cecobois Awards of Excellence (finalist, 2013), the Canadian Wood Council Awards (finalist, 2015) and the FAO Design of Excellence Awards (finalist, 2016).
