The nice folks at this home were motivated by their care of the environment as well as long term savings in retirement. They knew some other folks who have solar from us and also they know the mayor. The mayor's house was too shaded to have solar, but we were up front about this and recommended against doing solar. This means the mayor is able to attest to our honesty. We fired up the system earlier in 2024 and they haven't had an electric bill since.
