This 20-home (40-unit) development features modern, zero-net-energy, 1,171 sq. ft. homes built atop one of the world’s finest hot spring aquifers. Each home includes a Mighty Duo ADU, a swimming pool, pergola, hot tub, and fire pit.
This is the first unit in a 40+ unit community in Southern California, and we’re grateful to the entire Mighty Buildings team for turning this “world’s first” into a reality.
