The Cabañita 300 is our 300SF ADU kit in our "Casitas" (small homes) line of prefabricated home and ADU kits. Built with straw-structural insulated panels (S-SIPs), this Cabañita ADU kit boasts high performance, natural design which resulted in a net negative carbon emissions by materials -- negative 1,360 kg to be exact. The S-SIPs can be assembled and roughed-in in just over a week, and the interior can be fully finished in just under 3 months.
