There have been Legalett air-heated floors across Canada and the U.S. since the mid-70s, and even longer in Sweden where the company originated, so there is nothing new there; it's the addition of the solar air panels that is new at this point. We expect to see about 60-70 % of the heat load but we won't know for sure until the winter of 2020 - 2021 when they are in full operation.

I imagine you saw the installation video of the slab on grade kit here as well as the radiant tubing.
