You can see all of our LEED and Passive House ready kit houses on this page here, and yes, they are available in the Eastern US seaboard, how soon are you building? There has been a lot of demand and our manufacturers are booked up until at least next summer. The best way to know when they will be available would be to become a free member of Ecohome ( we don’t spam or share email addresses) and you will get a notice when we have any news about availability. Was there a particular model you were interested in?
I am ready to build. I have seen your homes. They look very modern. I have lots of questions on delivery fees and who puts it on the foundation. What stage of completion does the kit come in? Does it have doors and windows already installed (things like that)
We have some kit house models that come turnkey ready to install, like Le Refure prefab kit kit house, and others come in panels.. All our models don't come from the same manufacturer so there are options. And as we bring more manufaturing online there will for sure be more options to choose from.
