What is the price of your kit houses?
Our LEED and Passive House ready prefab kit houses are available across the US and Canada (see models here). You can request a quote for each individual model, though currently demand is pretty high and supply a bit low due to Covid. We hope to be ramping up greater production this winter and spring. As we are planning to ad new models and new manufacturers, the prices and options are of course unknown.
In general, a prefab kit house is often around the same as a site built house, but the quality (at least with ours) is much higher, so the value of kit houses can actually be greater.
