We do kit houses close to that size, and some are able to be modified a bit. We should also have more prefab kit house models to choose from soon, but demand is pretty high. There is currently the S1600 kit house model that is a little bigger than the 1200 you were looking for, but on the get a quote page you’ll a box to tick off about size. We have so much demand for prefab homes that without a doubt we will have more manufacturers up to speed to produce high efficiency prefab homes for delivery in Ontario.
Do you have an idea of timeline? I'd really like to get my house built this year but I should adjust my expectations to 2022?
