Cost of rock wool insulation vs traditional fiberglass?
For the insulation in our new home we are looking for alternatives to the typical fiberglass insulation. What would be the cost vs going with rock wool?

So you pay more, but you get a higher R value wall so you save on your heating bills.
One of the biggest benefits from mineral wool is the durability. Moisture can pass right thought it without causing any harm, it can get wet and stil function perfectly once it dries, it is also reduces sound transmission for better soundproofing, it is also fire-proof.
