The owners sought an efficient living solution that would allow them to reside on their new property while constructing their main house. Their thoughtfully designed accessory dwelling unit (ADU) offers everything they need: a custom kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and versatile storage space.
This 423-square-foot tiny home was efficiently built as a single Plant Module, transported to the site, and installed in just one day. On-site finishing was minimal, limited to utility hookups and some exterior trim and detailing, including the lightHouse LivingHome’s signature hand-crafted entry light, stair, and awnings.
