Norra Hem is a design & build signature project. Aiming for Low E Passive House and LEED Silver certifications. Located in Lac-Supérieur, which is the North face of Tremblant's mountain, Norra Hem is 2,750 Square Feet two storey single family house with a double studs walls approach. Relying on innovated high performing building material and equipment from membering to mechanica, Norra Hem was designed to prevent from overheating and having heating pick loads, to cut water use, to minimize sound exposure and guarantee occupants comfort.
