The Barton Greenbelt was a total reconstruction of a 1980’s architects home. The original home was thought to have “good bones” and an unquestionably spectacular location overlooking both Barton Creek and downtown. Unfortunately, the bones were a little frail. What could have been an easy remodel took a bit more time as walls, ceilings and floors were leveled and plumbed and 40 year old trusses were strengthened. But the results were amazing. Take a look at the pictures and you’ll know it was worth the trouble!
