This couple took a dated chopped up land constrained home from the early 2000’s and knocked it out of the park. They relied on their architect to pull off some razzle dazzle by moving the kitchen from one end of the house to the other, removed one massive structural wall, and sacrificed 200 sq ft for a larger patio and a pool. They brightened up the room by adding 32’ of glass on the back, a new front door and clearstory windows above the kitchen cabinets.
