We also have strict quality checks built right into the manufacturing process, starting at raw material prep and following right through to shipping. Additionally, PowerWood products are kiln dried to save the customer all the hassle related to green products that result in end splits, warping and cupping. The customer receives a stable product that doesn't require any air drying, and is therefore ready for immediate finishing on the job site.
