To mark the launch of the Kit Houses for sale on Ecohome and our Quebec counterpart Ecohabitation, the first LEED Platinum S1600 Kit house off the assembly line was first assembled in the Montreal Stadium so visitors could experience it first hand.
Designed by the architectural firm PARA-SOL and built by Bâtiment Pré-Fab, was entirely assembled by NG3 Construction for the Montreal home show.
The architecture of Eco-Habitat S1600 has been designed around the use of materials with a low environmental footprint and high energy-efficient standards to limit the necessary energy consumption for operation as well as the total life-cycle footprint.
