LEED® Platinum certification home
The happy owners of this LEED® house, Stéphanie May-Ruchat and Omar Guessab managed this building project themselves. The result is a house that takes their own family needs into account while intelligently combining the selection of sustainable and healthy building materials while respecting their budget. This made for not only a completely streamlined project, but also an affordable one as well.
