Our first Passive House is complete that delivers unmatched resilience and revolutionary energy efficiency, reducing building energy consumption for heating and cooling by 90%. This home is all electric, getting rid of Natural Gas (Fossil Gas Free) altogether. Three more Passive Houses are at Design and Building Permit stage and we are on mission to pursue many more.
